Important Information About Car Rental in Miami

Please read all rental terms and conditions carefully before picking up your vehicle. We provide car rental services in Miami, with personalized assistance, airport delivery, and full customer support during your trip.


Minimum and Maximum Age Requirements

All authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement must be between 23 and 65 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

Learner’s Permits or Learner’s Licenses are not accepted.

The driver’s license must have been issued at least 3 years before the rental date.

🚭 Smoking and transporting pets inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.


Payment Methods

Payment is made at the time of vehicle delivery directly with our rental agent.

We accept:

  • Cash
  • Debit cards
  • Credit cards

If you choose to pay in cash, you must present a valid card under the main driver’s name and pay a minimum portion of the reservation with it. The remaining balance may be paid in cash.

Your card information will be securely stored through the SQUARE payment system and used only as a guarantee for any additional charges related to the rental.

⚠️ Without a valid credit or debit card under the main renter’s name, the vehicle will not be delivered.


SunPass and Toll Policy

If the Unlimited SunPass option was not added to your reservation (available for rentals longer than 5 days), all toll charges must be paid upon vehicle return.

A one-time administrative fee of USD 5 will also apply.


Fuel Policy

The vehicle will be delivered with a certain fuel level (full or partial tank) and must be returned with the exact same fuel level.


Mileage Included

Your rental includes up to 150 miles per day, cumulative throughout the rental period.

For monthly rentals, the maximum allowed mileage is 2,000 miles per month.


Important Rental Rules

The rented vehicle may not be used for:

  • Uber
  • Lyft
  • Ride-sharing services
  • Delivery services

Driving outside the state of Florida is not permitted.


Airport Vehicle Delivery

Our service is 100% personalized. Your rental car will be delivered directly at the airport arrival gate.

👉 You do not need to go to the Rent-A-Car area.

After landing, our agent will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to coordinate the vehicle delivery.

If you do not have international roaming or a local SIM card, you may use the airport’s free Wi-Fi to communicate.

Airport Parking Fee

The parking fee must be paid directly at the exit using a credit or debit card.


Miami Office Pickup

Vehicle pickup may also take place directly at our Miami office by scheduled appointment.

Since we operate with personalized appointments, please notify us in advance of any delays or unexpected issues to avoid possible penalties.


Vehicle Return Process

One day before your return date, our team will contact you to coordinate the vehicle return process.


S.C.D.W. Insurance Coverage

Our insurance coverage includes:

  • Collision or rollover damage
  • Replacement vehicle in case of mechanical failure
  • Towing service in case of accident
  • Vandalism damage
  • Damage caused by natural events
  • Replacement vehicle in case of accident or damage (when renter is not at fault)

Insurance does NOT include:

  • Damage caused by negligence
  • Lost or damaged keys/ignition
  • Fuel system cleaning due to incorrect fuel usage
  • Exterior car wash
  • Interior cleaning due to liquid spills
  • Tires
  • Loss of safety triangle, tools, or car jack
  • Loss of vehicle documents
  • Traffic tickets, parking fines, or unpaid tolls
