Age & License Requirements
All authorized drivers must be between 23 and 65 years old and hold a valid driver's license issued at least 3 years before the rental date.
Learner's Permits are not accepted.
Payment Methods
Payment is made at the time of vehicle delivery directly with our rental agent.

- Debit cards
- Credit cards
If paying in cash, a valid card under the main driver's name is required. Card data is stored securely via SQUARE as a rental guarantee.
SunPass & Tolls
If the Unlimited SunPass option was not added (available for rentals longer than 5 days), all toll charges must be paid upon return.
A one-time administrative fee of USD 5 also applies.
Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be delivered with a set fuel level (full or partial tank) and must be returned with the exact same level.
Mileage Included
Up to 150 miles per day, cumulative throughout the rental period.
For monthly rentals: maximum 2,000 miles per month.
Important Rental Rules
The rented vehicle may not be used for:
- Uber, Lyft or any ride-sharing services
- Delivery services of any kind
- Driving outside the state of Florida
Airport Vehicle Delivery
Our service is 100% personalized. Your rental car will be delivered directly at the airport arrival gate.
After landing, our agent will contact you via phone or WhatsApp. If you don't have roaming, use the airport's free Wi-Fi.
The airport parking fee must be paid at exit by credit or debit card.
Miami Office Pickup
Vehicle pickup may also take place at our Miami office by scheduled appointment.
Since we operate with personalized appointments, please notify us in advance of any delays to avoid penalties.
Vehicle Return
One day before your return date, our team will contact you to coordinate the vehicle return process.
C.D.W. Insurance Coverage
Our insurance coverage provides protection for a wide range of situations during your rental period.

- Collision or rollover damage
- Replacement vehicle in case of mechanical failure
- Towing service in case of accident
- Vandalism damage
- Damage caused by natural events
- Replacement vehicle if renter is not at fault
✗ Not Covered
- Damage caused by negligence
- Lost or damaged keys / ignition
- Fuel system cleaning (incorrect fuel)
- Exterior car wash
- Interior cleaning (liquid spills)
- Tires
- Loss of safety triangle, tools, or car jack
- Loss of vehicle documents
- Traffic tickets, parking fines, or unpaid tolls
