Please read these terms carefully before renting a vehicle with StatusFlamingo.
STATUSFLAMINGO CORP, specialized in vehicle rentals, presents its services under the following terms and conditions, which govern the contractual relationship upon completion of the reservation and the execution of the contract signed by the client, who, by signing this instrument, declares full awareness, understanding, and agreement with all clauses herein.
A valid and enforceable liability insurance policy and personal injury protection insurance of any authorized rental driver shall be considered primary with respect to the liability limits required under §§ 324.021(7) and 627.736 of the Florida Statutes.
All prices displayed on this website include the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). Your responsibility for collision damage to the vehicle shall be limited to $0.
Certain uses of the vehicle are considered Prohibited Uses. The following are prohibited:
Also prohibited: failing to report accidents, providing false information, and smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.
The minimum driver age is 23 years and the maximum is 65 years, with at least three years of driving experience. A valid U.S. driver's license is required. Learner's permits are not accepted.
The client agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition received. Failure to comply will result in the following penalties:
Failure to return the vehicle constitutes evidence of abandonment, subject to penalties under § 812.155 of the Florida Statutes.
The vehicle is delivered with: warning triangle, standard tools, spare wheel, five marked tires, registration booklet and title, green insurance card, a copy of the signed rental agreement, and, if applicable, an inspection sheet.
The client is responsible for all fines or penalties. An administrative fee of up to $40 USD will be applied for managing these processes, in addition to the fines themselves.

If improper fuel is introduced, the client is responsible for all related expenses including fuel replacement, tank cleaning, engine tuning, and towing.
Routine mechanical maintenance due to normal use is the company's responsibility. If the vehicle becomes immobilized for mechanical reasons not due to misuse, a vehicle of the same or higher class will be provided at no additional cost.
No replacement vehicle will be provided in case of accidents caused by the renter or mechanical failure due to negligence, and no rental refund is due.
The rental ends on the date specified by the client. To extend, the client must visit the nearest station 24 hours before the end of the rental period. Failure to obtain consent will be considered unauthorized use subject to legal consequences.
The rental cost and any additional services must be paid at the start of the rental based on the current price list.
The client agrees to protect the interests of STATUSFLAMINGO in case of accident during the rental period by:
The accident must be reported to STATUSFLAMINGO within 2 hours. Failure to do so may void insurance options.
Any modifications to the terms and conditions of this document are null unless agreed upon in writing.
The client releases STATUSFLAMINGO from any liability for loss or damage to property left or transported in the vehicle.
STATUSFLAMINGO assumes no responsibility for delays or losses, including missed flights, caused by vehicle breakdowns or accidents.
