1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Payments

  • Status Flamingo Rent a Car does not require any upfront payment to make a reservation
  • Any payment will be handled separately, outside of the website, according to the Company’s instructions

6. Pricing

  • Prices displayed may be changed without prior notice until reservation confirmation
  • Once the reservation is confirmed, the agreed price becomes fixed and guaranteed

7. Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations are free of charge
  • Customers may cancel their reservation at any time without penalty

8. Vehicle Use

The customer agrees to:

  • Use the vehicle responsibly and lawfully
  • Not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle

9. Insurance and Liability

  • The customer may be held responsible for damages to the vehicle unless covered by insurance
  • The driver is responsible for all fines, traffic violations, tolls, and penalties incurred during the rental period

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for:

  • Non-availability of a vehicle without prior confirmation
  • Indirect damages or financial losses
  • Technical issues affecting the website
